Our innovative approach begins even before arrival, providing guests with a unique pre checkin facility and a 360-degree view of their reserved room and the entire hotel, all accessible remotely. Upon check-in, our hotels transform into fully automated, app-based environments. Guests gain complete control via their smartphones, managing everything from door locks and room electricity to safety lockers and lift access. Placing food & beverage or housekeeping requests is equally seamless through the dedicated app.

We deliver differentiated yet superior service offerings with a compelling value proposition, catering to diverse guest needs through our portfolio of three brands, including Ai Hotels, Ai Resorts, and Isaki Suites, our premium brand exclusively serving Japanese guests in the Japanese market.
Since opening our first 19-room hotel in May 2022, Ai Hotels has rapidly expanded. Today, we boast a portfolio of over 08 hotels, including 03 operational properties and more than 05 hotels slated to open across India in the financial year 2025-2026, representing a combined inventory of over 250 rooms. Our presence spans key metro regions, including the NCR, as well as popular leisure destinations such as Lansdowne, Jim Corbett, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Ranikhet, and Udaipur. With ambitious expansion plans underway, we have also signed properties internationally in Singapore, Dubai, and Nepal, bringing our innovative hospitality concept to a global audience.
